Acerca de

Andrew Stoecker, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant in orthopedic surgery.

Andrew cares for people with hand, wrist and elbow conditions. These include injuries and fractures, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome (a nerve issue that causes pain and weakness) and trigger finger (stiffness in the fingers and thumb).

He performs examinations, orders imaging tests, makes diagnoses, prescribes treatments and assists in surgery.

During visits, Andrew enjoys getting to know his patients. He listens to their concerns and asks about their work, activities and hobbies. He then outlines the most effective treatment options for their unique situation. Together, they create a care plan designed to reduce pain and restore function.

Andrew’s goal is to help each patient return to an active lifestyle as soon as possible.

Away from the clinic, Andrew enjoys all types of outdoor activities, including hiking, paddling and camping.

The best part of my work is seeing people come back with great outcomes. We help them feel better, function better and return to activities they enjoy.
