Holly Lindroth, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist who provides rehabilitation care to patients with orthopedic conditions. She has a special interest in caring for patients with ankle replacement, knee replacement and total joint replacement.
Holly uses manual therapies and individualized exercise programs to decrease pain and improve function after injury or surgery. Holly uses many different therapies in her work, including instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (specialized tools to target specific muscles and other soft tissue) and dry needling (using needles to treat muscle pain).
I enjoy helping my patients feel better using treatments that are personalized for their goals.
