Jennifer Wilson, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant in general surgery. She cares for patients who have scheduled elective surgeries and those who need emergency procedures. She typically sees patients who require gallbladder or appendix surgery, or who have soft tissue infections, trauma or wounds.  Jennifer guides her patients through every step of their hospital stay. She ensures her patients and their families are fully aware of care and treatment plans. She partners with them to meet their needs and helps them feel comfortable and well cared for. Jennifer’s goal is to help her patients get well enough to go home and complete their recovery.    Outside of the clinic, Jennifer enjoys traveling, reading and coaching girls’ competitive gymnastics. My patient care philosophy is to look at the whole patient, to work with them and their family and see what they need to have a successful recovery.
