Kimberly Buchta, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant in orthopedic trauma.

Kimberly cares for people with bone fractures and other serious injuries and conditions involving the bones, muscles, ligaments and joints. These issues include bone pain, infections and deformities. She also cares for people who need special surgery to lengthen an arm or leg due to birth defects, injuries or other medical issues.

When meeting with patients, Kimberly explains their injuries and conditions. She listens to their concerns and answers questions. She also tries to learn as much as possible about their work, hobbies and activities at home or school. Together, Kimberly and her patients set goals and create treatment plans. Her mission is to help each patient feel better, heal properly and regain as much function as possible.

During her free time, Kimberly enjoys fitness workouts and spending time with her family.

To give patients the very best care, I listen to their needs and concerns. I work to help people heal from their injuries and live healthy, active lives.
