Kristen Rider, PA

Kristen Rider, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant who cares for patients who are hospitalized for surgery.

She provides care before and after surgery in both scheduled and emergency circumstances. Kristen typically cares for patients with conditions involving the appendix, gallbladder and bowels. She also participates in urgent cases, including perforated bowels, complex wound care and bacterial skin infections that require surgery.

Kristen involves her patients in decision-making and always provides patient-focused care.
