About

Kyle Zawacki, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant. Kyle specializes in endocrine surgery, general surgery and minimally invasive surgical procedures. The endocrine system is a network of glands that release hormones into the blood. He cares for patients having surgery for endocrine diseases, such as adrenal and thyroid disorders, and other conditions requiring routine or emergency general surgery.

As a general surgery specialist, Kyle sees patients with conditions such as appendicitis, gallbladder inflammation and small bowel obstruction. He also assists with bariatric (weight management) care for patients having surgery to treat obesity.

Kyle educates patients about their conditions, procedures and care. He helps them prepare for and recover from surgery. For certain conditions and specialties, Kyle joins the surgical care team in the operating room. There, he offers additional assistance throughout minimally invasive and other surgical procedures.

In his free time, Kyle likes to stay active and enjoys nature and the outdoors.

I have always had a keen interest in helping people, and I appreciate the opportunity to assist in providing them with advanced and personalized health care.
