Lindsey Czubakowski, NP

Lindsey Czubakowski, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner specializing in neurology.

Lindsey cares for patients with brain, spinal and nervous system disorders. These range from common issues, such as headaches and neuropathy (nerve damage), to lifelong conditions like Parkinson’s disease. She works with the neurology team to support people throughout their diagnosis and treatment.

Once a patient herself, Lindsey understands many of the health challenges her patients face. She believes it’s an honor to care for others and strives to be a support system for people throughout their health journey. As a partner to patients and their families, she addresses their concerns and helps them find treatments that fit their goals.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys running and visiting her cabin with her husband and their dog.
