Lisa Widder is a licensed massage therapist who began her career in the medical field as a physical therapist assistant. After working nine years in outpatient rehabilitation, she went to massage school to broaden her knowledge of healing the body. Lisa specializes in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release techniques. Her current approach to bodywork is to treat the client as a whole – releasing areas of tension – while promoting the mind-body connection.
