Matthew Perkovich, MD, is a UW Health internal medicine doctor and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hospital Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Perkovich provides safe, efficient, timely care for patients admitted to the hospital for a wide variety of conditions, including simple injuries, complications from chronic illnesses, mental health concerns and acute (sudden) illnesses such as sinusitis, appendicitis and upper and lower respiratory infections. In his role as a clinical assistant professor, Dr. Perkovich shares his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of internists.
