Molly Ripley, LMFT, is a licensed behavioral health therapist at UW Health. She specializes in youth and family behavioral therapy.

Molly provides therapeutic care for patients with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. She treats grief and attachment issues, substance use, and challenges related to emotional regulation and self-esteem. She also cares for patients experiencing unhealthy family dynamics and difficulties related to life cycle stages. As a dedicated provider to marginalized and minority communities, she supports racial health equity and LGBTQ+ patients.

Molly is a family systems therapist who is trained in multiple behavioral therapies, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), multidimensional family therapy (MDFT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and seeking safety. She is a graduate of the accredited Training for Adoption Competency program through the Center for Adoption Support and Education (C.A.S.E.)

Believing that it is an honor and a privilege to join individuals and families in their darkest moments, Molly approaches patient care with compassion and understanding. Through a combination of holistic practices and evidence-based therapies, she helps her patients take control of their lives and embark on their healing journeys.

In her free time, Molly enjoys cooking, traveling, painting, and hiking.
