Acerca de

Renee Bobb, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner who specializes in cardiology and preventive heart care. She evaluates and treats patients with heart disease and related conditions or complications.

Renee cares for patients with high cholesterol, hypertension (high blood pressure), atrial fibrillation (AFib or irregular heartbeat), lipid disorders (abnormal blood fat levels) and other disorders. She is a preventive care specialist who educates people about inherited heart disease and other risk factors that they can manage to help prevent heart disease.

As part of the UW Health Advanced Hypertension Clinic, Renee works with other specialists to deliver personalized care. Her team has expertise in many heart disorders, including resistant hypertension (high blood pressure that stays high after treatment.)

Renee also helps adolescent heart patients transition smoothly from pediatric to adult heart care. She encourages proactive lifestyle habits that can reduce their risk of advanced heart disease.

Renee also leads group medical visits for patients with AFib. Her multispecialty team shows them how to identify and modify risk factors to live healthier lives with fewer AFib occurrences.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys travel, skiing, camping and going to see live music.

I take a holistic approach to care. I help people develop a plan so they can live their healthiest lives and whenever possible, prevent disease in the first place.
