Sangita Patel, NP

Sangita Patel, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. She provides urgent care for people with illnesses and minor injuries.

Working in an urgent care setting, Sangita treats people of all ages who have illnesses, injuries and minor medical conditions. These issues may include coughs and colds, fever, flu, eye irritations and infections, rashes and allergy flareups.

Sangita also helps people manage chronic (ongoing) conditions, including asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.

As a nurse practitioner, Sangita listens to each patient’s concerns, answers any questions and provides education to help her patients live a healthy lifestyle.

Sangita collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals to ensure that her patients get the best care possible.
