Scott Tauferner, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist who specializes in treating sports-related injuries and spinal pain. He cares for patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions involving the four sections of the spinal cord (cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral), shoulders, hips and knees.
Scott has clinical interests in adolescent spondylolysis (stress fractures in the bones of the spine) and thoracic outlet syndrome (compression of the blood vessels or nerves).
In his free time, Scott enjoys outdoor activities, fishing, hunting, bowling, hiking and being active with his children.
