When you need quick access to a medical provider — like for an Urgent Care visit — UW Health Care Anywhere video visits might be an option. Video visits are available 24/7 and are done from your home using your computer, tablet or smartphone and do not require an appointment.

For adults (18+) who have an active MyChart account, you may be able to connect with a provider through MyChart to get a diagnosis, treatment plan and if necessary, a prescription. e-Visits are limited to specific symptoms such as red eye, sinus problems, cough and more.
