Aulbrey de Alwis, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in pulmonary and critical care medicine. She cares for adults and children with a variety of pulmonary (lung) issues and sleep disorders.
Aulbrey provides care for patients with a wide range of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea (breathing stops and restarts), restless leg syndrome (urge to move the legs), insomnia (inability to sleep), narcolepsy (uncontrollable sleepiness), rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder, sleepwalking, sleep talking and sleep rhythm disorders. She also treats various pulmonary issues such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.
Aulbrey believes in empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care. She offers education and tools to help them take better care of themselves.
In her free time, Aulbrey enjoys baking, cooking and spending time with her family.
