About

Bridget Sullivan, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. Bridget cares for people with a wide range of medical issues impacting the lungs, including asthma, shortness of breath, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), low oxygen levels and pulmonary nodules (small, abnormal growths in the lungs).

To learn all she can about her patients’ health, Bridget carefully studies their past medical histories and imaging reports. She talks with patients about their symptoms, listens to their concerns and creates individualized care plans to treat their specific issues. She might recommend medication, breathing equipment or other interventions.

Through follow-up appointments, Bridget works to help her patients cope with their illness and achieve a better quality of life. The most rewarding part of her job is when patients come back and tell her how much better they feel.

During her free time, Bridget enjoys camping, softball and watching the Chicago Bears.

My goal is to help people breathe more easily and improve their ability to function well in their daily lives.
