Chantal Manhart, NP

Chantal Manhart, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner who provides general health care to patients of all ages. Chantal treats common conditions, including earaches, sore throats, high blood pressure, thyroid issues, weight loss and mental health concerns. Chantal has a specific interest in treating patients with female reproductive health concerns. She typically treats painful or irregular periods, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, infections, cysts and painful intercourse. Chantal also provides routine female health exams.

In addition to treating general health concerns, Chantal specializes in hormone therapy. She diagnoses and treats patients with low hormones or a hormone imbalance. Chantal enjoys the challenges in this area of health care and the ability to help her patients feel better.

Chantal provides whole-person care without just treating a symptom. She listens to her patients and develops a health care plan with their individual goals in mind.

In her free time, Chantal enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, musicals and spending time with her family.

My goal is to help my patients achieve their medical goals and live a healthy life.
