Cheriece McNeely, MD, is a child and adolescent psychiatrist at UW Health.
Dr. McNeely works with children and adolescents with mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. She also cares for patients who have experienced significant trauma and those who experience hallucinations or other perceptual disturbances.
In her practice, Dr. McNeely creates a safe environment for patients to share their feelings and experiences. She partners with them to make positive changes that improve their mental health and their lives. Additionally, Dr. McNeely works to destigmatize mental health conditions and treatment.
Raised in a family committed to community engagement and behavioral health, Dr. McNeely discovered at an early age that she enjoys being of service. Her early experiences influenced her to become a psychiatrist to improve positive outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
Outside of work, Dr. McNeely enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with her four American Bullies.
This is not just a patient/provider relationship, but a partnership where we work together to change the trajectory of your life and to obtain peace.
