Christine Krause, NP, is a UW Health pediatric nurse practitioner. She provides comprehensive, family-oriented care to children of all ages. Christine performs wellness visits, sports physicals and annual exams, and treats conditions such as asthma, allergies, colds, eczema and injuries. Christine’s patient care philosophy is to be an advocate for children. She works closely with her patients, their families and other health care providers in order to create a healthy pathway for each child’s future. In addition to her clinical duties, Christine serves as the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Program Manager for UW Health northern Illinois. Outside of work, Christine enjoys swimming and traveling. Children aren’t always heard, so I want to be their voice, make sure their needs — physical, mental and spiritual — are being met. Working as a team, we can give these children the futures they deserve.
