Christopher Cassara, MD, is a UW Health anesthesiologist and associate professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He specializes in adult cardiothoracic (heart and chest) and vascular (arteries and veins) anesthesia medicine.

Dr. Cassara delivers anesthesia (pain medicine) and provides anesthesia care for patients before, during and after surgery. His special clinical interests include transplant anesthesia, critical care and cardiac anesthesia.
