About

David Anderson, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist specializing in orthopedic physical therapies. He treats conditions related to injuries or surgery that affect muscle, bone, joint and connective tissues throughout the body. His therapies help people carry out tasks related to their work, recreation and other daily activities.

David provides physical therapies that focus on the neck and back, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, ankles and feet. He also offers specialized care for facial and jaw conditions such as temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ). This disorder causes pain in the joint that connects the jawbone to the skull.

David helps to ease pain and improve or restore a patient’s ability to move and function well. In addition to relieving pain, David provides therapies that improve flexibility, strength, endurance, and accuracy or speed of movement. He educates patients about their condition and how to prevent and recover from injuries or surgery.

Outside of work, David enjoys skiing, biking, music and spending time with his family.

I enjoy teaching and sharing my expertise while I help people to maintain the health of their bodies throughout their lives.
