Elizabeth George, MD, is a UW Health internal medicine doctor. She’s also a clinical professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
Dr. George offers general health services for adult patients. She treats acute (sudden) health concerns, such as viral infections, allergies and skin problems. Dr. George also sees patients with chronic (long-term) conditions like diabetes. Specializing in preventive care, she provides routine health screenings, including mammograms and cancer checks.
Known for her outstanding patient care, Dr. George believes it’s a privilege to build lasting relationships with her patients. She takes time to explain their conditions, understand their expectations and make decisions about their health together. As a partner to her patients, she meets them where they are and helps them achieve their health goals.
In her free time, Dr. George enjoys traveling.
I look forward to helping my patients reach their goals. Together, we will develop a plan that addresses their physical, emotional, mental and social health.
