Elizabeth Mann, MD, is a pediatric endocrinologist at UW Health and an assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Mann cares for children and young people with all forms of diabetes including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as less common genetic forms of the disease.
As director of the UW Health Kids Pediatric Type 2 Diabetes Program, Dr. Mann helps patients and families navigate life with diabetes, using the latest treatments and tools.
In addition to serving local children and families, Dr. Mann is involved in regional and national diabetes education and advocacy.
In her free time, Dr. Mann likes to be active with her family at home and in the Madison community. She also enjoys gardening, baking and traveling to visit extended family and friends.
Part of the diabetes team's role is to advocate for our patients and their families. I am humbled to be a partner in their journey.
