Emily Kozak, NP

Emily Kozak, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in obstetrics and gynecology. She offers wellness checks, cares for pregnant patients and treats those with female reproductive health concerns. Emily see patients for sexually transmitted disease management and screenings, contraceptive counseling and contraceptive device insertion and removal.

Emily enjoys helping her patients achieve and maintain good health. She encourages open and honest communication and provides evidence-based recommendations while allowing her patients to make their own decisions about their care.

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
