Gust teaches the Mindfulness for Middle Schoolers class for the UW Health Mindfulness Program. He has completed both the UW Health Mindfulness Program Teacher Training Practicum, and a year long teacher intensive through the Inward Bound Mindful Educator Teacher Training Program. He has learned so much from his students and their families over the past twenty years as a high school counselor. Gust would like to continue to share what he has learned about mindfulness with adolescents from all walks of life. He has a particular interest in the intersections of mindfulness, empowerment, and racial justice.
