In her clinical practice, Heather primarily works in the modality of somatic psychotherapy. She completed training in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based approach to trauma healing. She is also a registered yoga teacher.
In her free time, Heather enjoys time in the outdoors, writing and creating, and spending time with family.
I’ve learned to trust that when we slow down and listen to the body, heart, and mind, we will find ways to take that next step toward healing in our relationships and in the larger culture.
