Dr. Israel is a fellowship-trained hand and reconstructive plastic surgeon. Her practice includes hand and microvascular surgery, microvascular breast reconstruction, and peripheral nerve surgery. She also has special interest in surgical reconstruction for patients with extremity spasticity and/or contractures after brain or spinal cord injury.
