About

Jeanette Comstock, MD, is a UW Health dermatologist and an assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Comstock diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions affecting skin, hair and nails. These can include acne, rosacea, sarcoidosis, skin cancer and autoimmune diseases such as psoriasis and lupus. Dr. Comstock has a special clinical and research interest in cutaneous lymphoma (a rare type of cancer that starts in white blood cells and causes a rash). She collaborates with oncology and radiation oncology specialists when treating patients with this condition.

Working to build strong and trusting relationships, Dr. Comstock takes a patient-centered approach to care. She listens to understand what patients are experiencing, how their conditions are affecting their lives and what they hope to accomplish with treatment. She then shares her expertise in guiding them in making medical decisions. She believes that partnering with patients is the best way to deliver care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Outside of work, Dr. Comstock enjoys cross-country skiing, crafting, watercolor painting and spending time with her dogs.

I enjoy helping patients get back to who they are and what they love.
