Jennifer Heck, CSAC, LPC

Jennifer Heck, CSAC, LPC, is a UW Health licensed professional counselor, clinical substance abuse counselor and nationally certified counselor. She provides individual and group psychotherapy to adults with mental health and substance use concerns. Jennifer works with individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, panic disorders, depression, PTSD and mood disorders. Jennifer is skilled in many evidenced based treatments such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. She believes in creating an honest and supportive therapeutic alliance where a client can feel comfortable to address difficult topics and create healing.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking and being around animals.

I became a therapist because I felt it was important for people who were experiencing struggles in their lives to have a provider that would be compassionate, nonjudgmental and understanding.
