Jeremy Peacock, MD, is a UW Health psychiatrist and a clinical professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Peacock diagnoses and treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other behavioral health conditions.

Dr. Peacock has advanced education and expertise in psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry (psychiatric care for older adults) and sleep medicine. He evaluates and treats insomnia, restless leg syndrome (RLS) and other sleep and neurological (nervous system) disorders. He helps older patients,and their families, manage conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.

Collaborating with patients, families and caregivers, Dr. Peacock helps people find workable solutions to their challenges. Dr. Peacock takes time to get to know his patients and understand their needs and treatment goals. He provides compassionate care with encouragement and support. He focuses on helping patients practice new skills and reinforce successes with persistence and progress at a comfortable pace. Dr. Peacock also works with other specialists to offer comprehensive guidance, resources and care.

I really enjoy working with my patients. I consider healthcare to be a calling, not a job.
