About

Kieran Wilson, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant who specializes in orthopedics. She cares for patients with injuries and disorders affecting the spine, bones, joints and muscles.

Kieran is part of a team of orthopedic doctors, trauma experts, joint replacement surgeons and other specialists. She sees patients who suffer bone fractures, trauma-related injuries and hip or knee pain. She evaluates patients before surgeries such as hip and knee replacements. Kieran educates them about their condition, addresses their concerns and makes sure that they’re healthy and prepared for surgery.

In the operating room, Kieran assists the orthopedic surgeon. She also provides care and follow-up evaluations after surgery and throughout the patient’s recovery. Kieran helps patients understand the treatment and recovery process, focusing on the goal of restoring full function.

Outside of work, Kieran likes to exercise, hike and travel. She also enjoys finding great tacos around the Madison area and hanging out with family and friends.

I want patients to know they can talk to me about their concerns or fears about treatment and that we can work together to get them back to what they want to do.
