Kim Miller, MD, is a UW Health obstetrician and gynecologist and a professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She provides the full spectrum of women’s health care services.
Dr. Miller offers care for women in all stages of life, from menarche (first period) through menopause (last period) and beyond. She says she was drawn to her field because she has always had an interest in women’s health issues. Dr. Miller enjoys problem-solving to help her patients get to the root cause of their health issues and find relief. She regularly treats pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometriosis (when uterus-like tissue grows outside the uterus), menstrual cycle concerns such as irregular or heavy periods and menopause-related issues such as postmenopausal bleeding, hot flashes and other related consequences.
Dr. Miller has a special clinical interest in pregnancy care. She is skilled in providing exceptional prenatal care and addressing pregnancy-related health conditions to ensure healthy labor and delivery. She also provides contraceptive care such as intrauterine devices (IUDs) and oral contraception.
Outside of work, Dr. Miller enjoys hiking.
Connecting with people and developing relationships is the most rewarding part of my job.
