Kristen Sharp, MD, is an obstetrician and gynecologist at UW Health and a clinical associate professor at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She provides a full range of health services and obstetric care, including low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
Dr. Sharp’s care philosophy is to meet patients where they are and understand their unique needs. Her clinical interests include caring for patients who experience pregnancy loss and those who are pregnant after a prior loss. In addition, she treats a variety of non-obstetric gynecologic conditions, including abnormal uterine bleeding and pelvic pain. She also offers pap smears, breast cancer screenings and contraception. In addition to her practice, Dr. Sharp conducts clinical research focused on pregnancy loss, working with the Wisconsin Stillbirth Service database.
In her free time, Dr. Sharp enjoys reading and being a mother of three children.
