Kristin Robertson, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist. She treats patients with a wide range of pain and movement issues involving the back, neck, hip, shoulder, knee, elbow, foot and ankle. She also works with people who have acute (sudden) injuries and conditions.
During therapy sessions, Kristin talks with patients about their injuries and disorders. She assesses their ability to function at home, work or school. Then, she performs the appropriate physical therapy and shows patients how certain exercises can strengthen their muscles, increase their ability to move and improve their quality of life.
Kristen uses the most up-to-date treatment techniques and practice guidelines. She creates personalized care plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each patient.
During her free time, Kristin enjoys all types of outdoor activities, including running, hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, skiing and walking her dog.
I enjoy teaching people how to reduce pain, increase their activity level and improve their independence.
