Kristin Ksobiech, NP

Kristin Ksobiech, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. Kristin offers comprehensive care for adult and elderly patients hospitalized with acute (sudden) illnesses or injuries, including severe or complex conditions. Kristin is part of a highly skilled, multispecialty team. She works with each patient’s doctors and care team to meet challenging and changing care needs. She treats chronic (ongoing) conditions with related medical complications and acute conditions, including traumatic injuries that may require advanced care and longer hospital stays.

Kristin monitors patients’ health and healing progress and addresses any changes in their condition. Kristin listens closely to her patients and considers their unique treatment goals and concerns. She communicates and collaborates with the patient’s care team as they develop and carry out treatment plans.

I work together with providers and patients as a team, identifying care goals and making a plan to achieve those goals.
