Lawrence Freeman, NP

Lawrence Freeman, NP, is a UW Heath nurse practitioner specializing in immediate care. He sees patients of all ages.

Lawrence collaborates with his team to treat patients who require urgent medical attention for an illness or injury. He cares for patients with acute (sudden) problems, including cuts, burns, rashes, infections, allergies, colds, flu and minor fractures.

Lawrence has a special interest in occupational health, which promotes the physical, mental and social well-being of workers in all occupations. He evaluates work-related illnesses and injuries, ordering diagnostic tests and prescribing medication. Lawrence interprets tests and makes treatment recommendations or refers patients to specialists as needed.

In his free time, Lawrence enjoys running, swimming and working on home remodeling projects.
