Mary Enabe, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist with a doctorate in physical therapy. She provides outpatient clinical care for orthopedic conditions that affect the muscles, bones, joints and tissues.
Mary diagnoses and treats a variety of conditions. She assesses symptoms such as chronic pain and limitations of the body’s movement, range and function. In addition to chronic pain, she specializes in treating back and neck disorders. Mary also treats pain in the arms, legs or other parts of the body that stems from spinal conditions.
Her treatment approaches and philosophies of care include mindfulness-based therapies for pain relief. Mary provides a patient-centered approach, which includes creating treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs and preferences. After comprehensive evaluation, Mary offers physical therapies, education and guidance to help people achieve targeted treatment goals.
My approach to care includes building relationships with my patients through compassionate communication.
