Megan Chadwick, NP

Megan Chadwick, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in family medicine.

Megan provides primary care services for adults and children in all stages of life. She diagnoses and treats sudden illnesses, including flu and infections. She also treats injuries and helps patients manage chronic (ongoing) conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma. In addition, Megan performs physicals and well-child checks.

As a nurse practitioner, Megan enjoys getting to know her patients and their family members. She offers advice to help each person stay healthy.

Megan’s special interests include exercise and nutrition.

I work to get to know my patients so I can understand their needs and deliver the best possible care.
