Melody Henry, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant in cardiology—diagnosing and treating heart and blood vessel problems.

Melody cares for hospital patients with many types of heart conditions. These include heart failure, valve disease, coronary artery disease and arrhythmias. (Arrhythmias happen when the heart beats too fast, slow or irregularly.) Melody also sees people with chronic conditions that can lead to heart trouble, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and diabetes.

Melody examines patients, orders tests and manages treatment plans. She also provides patient education, talks with people about their heart conditionand answers questions. She explains her patients’ treatment options and how specialized heart care can improve their lives.

I strive to provide excellent heart care centered around each patient’s unique needs.
