Mohammed Amir Khan, MD

  • Urgent Care

Mohammed Amir Khan, MD, is a UW Health family medicine doctor who provides care for patients of all ages in the urgent care setting.

Dr. Khan takes care of a wide variety of non-emergency health conditions ranging from infections to acute medical issues and injuries that need immediate attention. Some of the procedures we do involve laceration repairs, fracture management and splinting, incision and drainage and foreign body removal from skin, eye, ear and nose.

He enjoys working with patients of all ages as he diagnoses and treats a  wide array of medical illnesses and injuries that require prompt medical attention and interventions.

Coming from a family of physicians, Dr. Khan knew at a young age that the field of health care fascinated him and he wanted to learn more about the human body. His patient’s well-being is of the utmost importance to him and he treats each with respect, dedication and commitment like he would want a family or friend treated. With a firm belief in patient-centered care, he involves his patients in their own care for a better outcome.

I consider myself very fortunate to have the opportunity to diagnose and treat medical problems and help people improve their lives.
