Sumer Wallace, MD, is a gynecologic oncologist at UW Health. She treats patients with gynecologic cancers, including cervical, endometrial, fallopian tube, ovarian, uterine, vaginal and vulvar.
Dr. Wallace cares for patients throughout their entire cancer journey, from diagnosis and treatment to follow-up care. Her care philosophy is to provide as much information as needed to empower her patients and work with them to determine the best care and treatment to meet their needs and goals.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Wallace is an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health as well as director of gynecology and safety improvement where she focuses on streamlining the processes within her field to ensure patients receive the best care possible.
My hope for each of my patients is that they always have the best quality of life throughout their entire journey.
