About

Thomas Hahn, MD, is a UW Health family medicine doctor and an associate professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He provides general health care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Dr. Hahn cares for patients in every stage of life. He provides preventive care such as well child checks and annual physicals, treats acute (sudden) illnesses and injuries, manages chronic (long-term) conditions and evaluates mental health concerns. He also performs in-clinic procedures such as skin biopsies and joint pain injections.

Dr. Hahn enjoys getting to know his patients and their families over time. He understands the importance of listening to their concerns and goals to provide the best care possible. He takes time to fully explain treatment options and procedures to ensure he and the patient are on the same page. He personalizes care with his patients’ best interests in mind and partners with them to help them reach their health goals.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hahn enjoys running, listening to music and traveling.

When I meet a patient for the first time, I want them to feel safe and welcome.
