About

Tiffany Houdek, PT, is a UW Health physical therapist. She cares for patients of all ages with chronic (long-term) pain and complex medical conditions.

Tiffany sees patients with a variety of conditions that affect their physical health. These problems include orthopedic (bone, joint and muscle) concerns, sports injuries and neurological (nervous system) problems. She specializes in treating individuals with hypermobility spectrum disorders, or conditions characterized by overly flexible joints.

As a firm believer in whole-person care, she helps patients manage their chronic pain and complex medical diagnoses through a wide range of holistic therapies. She blends traditional physical therapy and education with mindfulness exercises and tai chi to provide comprehensive support.

Driven by a passion for improving people’s day-to-day lives, Tiffany works with her team to ensure high-quality care during her patient’s treatment and recovery. She empowers people to take control of their health by educating them on their conditions and helping them regain their strength and function.

Tiffany also researches ways to enhance both medical team-based care and the quality of patient care.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys volunteering, fundraising in her community and supporting her local high school’s sports teams.

I strive every day to provide the best patient care possible.
