Tennis Clinic: Keeping you on the court

UW Health Sports Rehabilitation created the Tennis Clinic to help individuals address serve and ground stroke biomechanics, tennis-related injuries and physical limitations that impact an individual’s tennis game.

Tennis is a dynamic sport that is great for fitness, but players can be susceptible to overuse injuries due to its repetitive nature and unique forces. Common injuries include tennis elbow, tendinopathy, shoulder impingement, ankle sprains and hip impingement. Pre-existing or chronic injuries might also be worsened by the way you move while playing or limit your ability to play at all.

How we can help

Our clinic will evaluate your strength, mobility and tennis-specific movement to build a treatment plan and help get you back on the court.

We provide a comprehensive physical exam, in combination with video analysis of tennis biomechanics. The video will analyze movement in attempt to identify contributors to pain and help players reach their pain-free tennis goals. Tennis clinic is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
