Acerca de
John Siebert, MD, is a UW Health plastic surgeon and a professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Siebert performs reconstructive, cosmetic and aesthetic surgery on the face, breasts and body.
Dr. Siebert specializes in facial reconstructive surgery for patients with diseases, deformities or birth defects. He is world-renowned for his expertise in microsurgical reconstructive surgery for facial asymmetry.
Dr. Siebert understands that surgery is an important decision. He prides himself on being straightforward, honest and truthful about the possibilities of surgery. He is patient and compassionate, spending as much time as needed with his patients and their families to address any questions or concerns, they may have about their procedure.
In addition to his clinic work, Dr. Siebert is involved in training the next generation of medical students and surgical residents. He also conducts international research to find the underlying causes of hemifacial atrophy (Romberg syndrome).
In his free time, Dr. Siebert enjoys traveling with his wife and perfecting his decades-long golf game.
My hope for all my patients is that they have an easy recovery after surgery and that their life changes for the better.
