The Caring for Life Clinic is dedicated to caring for survivors of childhood cancer up to the age of 25 with the management of associated late effects of treatment.
The care team consists of a dedicated physician, nurse practitioner, clinic nurse, social worker, neuropsychologist, health psychologist, genetic counselor and physical therapist.
A registered nurse is your first point of contact at the Caring for Life Clinic. They will help coordinate your care and answer any questions you have about the process of receiving care.
Clinical trials are available for patients to support their treatment plans, while also helping clinicians and researchers better understand the impact of specific organ toxicities on quality of life post-treatment.
Your first point of contact at the Caring for Life Clinic will be Kristin Casey, NP.
