UnityPoint Health – Meriter is proud to be home of Wisconsin’s largest birthing center. Each year, Meriter delivers nearly 5,000 babies to individuals from across Wisconsin and beyond.

Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
UnityPoint Health – Meriter offers community-based inpatient and outpatient psychiatric programs for children and adolescents in Wisconsin. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry serves young people ages 6-18 with severe behavioral health challenges such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and self-harming behaviors.
Dedicated to meeting the unique needs of children and teens who require inpatient or outpatient psychiatric care, our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is located in southwest Madison at 8102 Wellness Way.
24/7 care for victims of sexual assault, violence and abuse
The Forensic Nurse Examiners Program (formerly known as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners program or SANE) at UnityPoint Health – Meriter strives to help victims of sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, and domestic violence begin the healing process. Located within the Emergency Department, we provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
