The UW Health Gift Shop at University Hospital is a convenient spot located near the hospital entrance where you can find the perfect gift for your hospitalized loved one or friend.

We will make every attempt to deliver your flower or gift order on the requested date. However, delivery times may vary because of order volume or gift availability. We cannot guarantee delivery on the requested delivery date. Any questions or concerns should be resolved with the gift shop that you ordered from.
Flowers or gift orders not delivered to the patient's room prior to discharge will result in a credit card refund.
Some patients being treated for certain illnesses, such as cancer and transplant, may not be able to receive live plants and flowers during their treatment. If you are unsure whether the patient to whom you want to send a gift is allowed to receive plants or flowers, call patient information at (608) 263-8591.
