Mikal Borg, PA

Mikal Borg, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant specializing in pulmonary (lung) medicine.  

Mikal sees patients with a variety of conditions that cause scarring or inflammation of the lungs. She assists in treating patients using multiple therapies, including pulmonary function tests, imaging, labs and medications. She particularly excels at helping patients with pulmonary fibrosis (scarred lungs) and severe asthma.

An advocate of collaborative care, Mikal partners with patients over their lifetime to help them manage their lung conditions. She takes time to listen to her patients’ goals and identifies treatment plans that reflect their values. Dedicated to patient-centered care, she strives to help people get back to feeling their absolute best.

In her free time, Mikal enjoys gardening and birdwatching.
