Acerca de

Nicole Weathers, MD, is a UW Health family medicine doctor and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Dr. Weathers cares for patients in all stages of life. She diagnoses and treats acute (sudden) illnesses and minor injuries and helps patients manage chronic (long-term) conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma. She also performs minor in-office procedures and routine gynecologic exams.

To help her patients stay healthy, Dr. Weathers offers preventive care services that include annual physicals, well-child visits, lab testing and vaccinations. When appropriate, she refers patients to other UW Health specialists.

Dr. Weathers enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. She listens to their concerns and offers education to help them live their healthiest lives. When explaining medical conditions and treatment options, she uses words her patients can easily understand. Dr. Weathers considers family medicine a partnership, and she works together with her patients to personalize their care.

In her free time, Dr. Weathers enjoys knitting, exercising and spending time with family.

My patients have a medical home here — a place where they can ask questions and share information. I will listen, offer support and deliver the best care possible.
